| Our results indicate that three related class 2 deacetylases , HDAC 4 , HDAC 5 , and HDAC 7 can associate with BCL 6 in vivo and in vitro . ^^^ Overexpression experiments showed that BCL 6 and HDAC 4 , 5 , or 7 are intermingled onto common nuclear substructures and form stable complexes . ^^^ Since PLZF , a BCL 6 relative , could also interact with HDAC 4 , 5 , and 7 , we suggest that class 2 HDACs are largely involved in the control of the POK transcription factors activity . . ^^^ |
